Stay away people- Unprofessional brokerageI'm fully and utterly disappointed by your professionalism @Royal York property management.You should be ashamed of yourself for how you conduct business- Yelling at clients, cancelling lease agreement at whim and without proper explanation in writing. Not taking responsibility for your mistakes and Not stating clearly the reason for rejecting the lease even after both Tenant and Landlord signed the lease agreement. Protecting yourself behind unreasonable legal terms that we have no other choice but to accept to get refund for the deposit we made.. Absolutely disgusted and very unprofessional. NO one should go through this.

They screened the tenants and selected the best ones ever. They are finally coming in next Monday. I'm so glad because they seem like a lovely family. I recommend RYPM for this service definitely.

Going to give my honest and impartial review as a landlord with several properties. I was approached by RYPM when they offered their services to lease out my property in Niagara Falls. After being told about their 15-day only exclusivity period I decided to give them a chance but the entire process was nothing short of a nightmare. I was told by the leasing agent I can cancel our agreement on a 2-day notice but he left out all the details about the fact it had to be 2-days at the end of the 15 *business* day period.Even then, after showing the account manager all the clauses in the official signed contract they refused to terminate my agreement at the end of the 15-day period claiming the contract had started later then it actually had. Countless phone calls, emails, and notices of reporting to the Better Business Bureau I still received no reply. The extremely shady and deceptive business practices is nothing like I had ever seen before, no sense of professionalism and when you talk to the people at their office seems like they are speaking from a script.At the end of the period they approached me with a tenant that I decided to sign with since I was left with no choice or I would lose another month of rent due to them refusing to terminate my contract. Ultimately the property was tenanted through them but I didn't receive my deposits until the week after and had to constantly follow up about it. Apparently the Leasing, Accounting, and Management team are all separate entities and not able to communicate with each other.The whole thing is a mess and there wasn't any point in the entire process where I could have felt comfortable as a client working with RYPM. Up until the final payment which I had to follow up 10+ phone calls to receive, they added hidden costs that I did not agree too which I am still trying to get back. It seems most of the people they have working for them are unqualified and working in an offshore setting. I don't think legally they should be allowed to operate but they definitely don't have what it takes to retain clients in this industry. In order to find tenants they prey on newcomers who are unable to find housing themselves, and charge them exorbitant fees too. In general they add negative value to the process and probably has been the worst experience working with anyone in real estate so far.

They take care of everything, including all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and relieving you of any worries. Thanks to RYPM, my property was successfully rented out to a friendly couple. I am extremely satisfied with their services and have had no complaints since I started working with them.

As a landlord with multiple units, I would not recommend RYPM. Their systems of communication are disorganized, and they seem to have high turnover of inattentive customer service managers. Their communication is so poor I actually lost a leased tenant - they failed to inform me that my tenant had asked to assign his lease, so after the 30 days of non-response from RYPM, the tenant was able to vacate under an N9. Adding this incident to performing expensive repair work without my knowledge, or calling me at 9pm at night for an extra set of keys (when they have copies after charging me for duplicates and a lock box), I'm ready to change property mangers.

They didn’t end up getting a place since it got leased out to someone else. However, they were able to send me my $750 funds back via Plooto e-transfer. Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to wait 2 days to receive the funds via plooto and it wasn’t the same day.Thank you again for trying!

WOW! this was my reaction when one of their call agents told me about their fees. I was shocked to be honest because all these services probably take tons of hard work and effort to provide the best services to their customers. I dont know how they do it as a business but in my opinion they seem very trustworthy. I really like the business model that they have created.

If everything went smoothly, perhaps it is good service, as they are fast in getting the tenant in for me, which is good.But when things happened, they will not do what they are paid for.I paid for the Rental Guarantee and Management fee. But in the end, when my tenant left due to medical reasons, all they want to do is to push the blame on me, while the tenant and I are on good terms.When I want to cancel the agreement, guess what, they double charge the remaining management fee, for my basement and upper unit, the very house I am staying!If you want to engage the service from this company, just be very careful.

After going through a really hard time financially I got a new job that I'm finally satisfied with. I have a really good salary now and can afford the beautiful condos marketed on their website. All of the properties are top notch
