Overall terrible. They never get back to your phone calls or emails until you call their management at the head office. They sit on projects that need to get done and wait until the problem gets far worse before they fix it. For instance, they knew about the pipe lines bursting, in our building, and it took two floods to finally fix the problem (destroying over 30 homes here). We are still dealing with repercussions of that to this day. They have yet to fix the wallpaper as a result of the first flood and that was March 2022 (with seemingly no plan in sight). Definitely take a look at your property management before you buy a condo. I would steer clear if you can.Edit: it has now been 13 months and no one has yet to respond an email or phone call. Despite daily phone calls at this point.Edit: 15 months later they finally fixed the wall paper.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to make an exception for our property manager at YRCC622. She has only been with us for the last ten months and from the start we have seen an improvement in services and communications to residents. Every service request I have made was handled in a timely manner and always received a response with status updates. Multiple communications are sent out regularly so residents are always aware of what is going on in the building. She is always helpful and takes the time to listen to residents.

I have been working at Nadlan-Harris for 3 years.They are continually expanding so there is ample opportunity for growth within the company.The Head Office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.They make it easier for me to carry out my duties as a Condo Manager.

Looking for the perfect property management team can seem impossible. Especially after having such a terrible experience with an inexperienced property management company. I was delighted with my first experience with Nadlan-Harris team. I was pleasantly surprised with the supportive staff, friendly smiling faces. Thanks for taking over managing our place.

This company allows their property manager to install fragrance air freshener in the central make up air system to the entire two 20/30 North Park Road tower condominium complex 24/7. Potentially harming residents who are sensitive to the fragrance. Worst thing is the fragrance gets into your unit so you are forced to breathe in the unknown chemical. The fragrance is so strong you can even smell it from outside the building. They claim they comply to the human rights code, seem like they totally ignoring the environmental sensitivity policy (part of the human rights code) It really makes me question about their level of professionalism and common sense.They may appear like they are willing to talk to you. But no, your emails or calls will be ignored. It is mostly just their P.R. work telling people to email them.Think again before you may want to consider them to manage your building.Updated on Feb 14: Thanks for your reply below. However, I did email your PM and VP, just like other reviewers said: I am being Ignored. I m not sure why you want me to email to that info inquiry account. What info do you want me to request? Are you out of sample answers? I believe you are trying to avoid the situation while residents who are sensitive to that unknown gas you put into the building are still suffering.

Been living at Royal Crest Condos for nearly a decade. Since security is limited, management would rather inconvenience residents now to check-in/-out fobs to use amenities for each use. Last I checked, we all pay for a pre-programmed fobs already, as well as, maintenance and yes, amenities… which we should be allowed to access freely. Now, we are unable to do so at our leisure because management refused to take security incidents seriously to begin with. Tip: how about do your due diligence as property management and hire more security so things like vandalism won’t occur. They didn’t do the common courtesy of having a general vote on this either, instead they penalized the entire community. Absurdity. I’ll skip the unwanted renovations and increasing maintenance costs. Unsure who is making these rules or changes, literally no one wants.Last tip: Don’t come at me with your incompetent PR responses, just do better.

Deserves zero because nothing can be lower than that. If you want your security to me humiliated by this company feel free to live in 3220 Shepard ave E. Worst management company to exist. Period.

Our property management was taken over by Nadlan-Harris around 2018. One of our previous managers, Llambi was extremely rude, condescending and never took any responsibility when doors were left unlocked when people needed to come into owners’ suites. He also failed to let people know that people were coming into our suites during those times. That can be extremely frightening when a person comes home at the end of the day, knowing they locked their door in the morning when they left the house, only to come home and find it unlocked in the evening. When I approached Llambi about this, he said I just “didn’t know how to lock the door properly.” Even after living in my house for 10 years!! I then approached Llambi’s supervisor Liron, and ownership was still not taken for Llambi’s rude behaviour, his irresponsibility and for basically implying I was an idiot. Clearly these were not positive experiences while dealing with Nadlan-Harris….and unfortunately many people have had similar experiences when dealing with them.Thankfully, we finally have a competent, smart, kind, approachable and helpful property manager in Sharlene. Sharlene is always quick to respond to concerns and she’s always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. She takes ownership and accountability if she makes a mistake and she’s an all round easy person to speak to when we have an issue. I’m so thankful for all the help and guidance Sharlene has provided to me in the last year. Whenever I have an issue in my suite, she is always quick to respond and eager to resolve the issue and she’s able to answer all my questions. Sharlene is a fantastic property manager and we, and Nadlan-Harris are very lucky to have her!

PropertyManager at 6679 Shelter Bay Road Mississauga is absolutely the worst. Dont answer phone calls or return emails in a timely manner. Dead rats in my house for 3 weeks and hasnt coordinated to get rid. Of them. This property management company is a Joke. Tolerates illegal renters.

I just want to thank our Property Manager, Sharlene Persuad. I am very happy with her professionalism and friendly manner towards us, the residents. She is very passionate about making sure the residents are comfortable. Always answering any questions, addressing any issue properly and offering a solution right away. Very proactive!She is doing a great job making me at peace that my property is in good hands.
